Customers select one of our three washes at our convenient pay stations and then one of our experienced and friendly Team Members will direct you into our wash tunnel. Once loaded into the tunnel, you will be instructed to put your vehicle in neutral, keep your foot off the brake and hands off the steering wheel, and turn off your wipers. At the exit of the wash tunnel, an electronic sign will notify you when it is safe to put your car into drive to exit the wash.

No. Our washes use state-of-the-art closed-cell foam that does not retain materials or grit. Do not hesitate to ask any of our Team Members any questions. We welcome the opportunity to explain the wash process.

For the safety of our customers and their vehicles, our Team Members, and our wash equipment, we cannot wash certain vehicles:

We cannot wash vehicles as listed below:

• Trucks with beds containing fuel tanks 
• Trucks with uncovered beds that are not completely empty and free of any kind of debris 
• Trucks with dual rear tires 
• Trucks/vans with ladders
• Trucks with bumper mounter wench 
• Vehicles with permanently affixed, tripod-style mirrors 
• Vehicles with large ladder racks 
• Vehicles with certain bike or rear-mounted racks (i.e. bike/scooter/wheelchair/utility) 
• Vehicles with certain running boards 
• Vehicles with excessive mud 
• Vehicles with excessive rust or perforated body panels 
• Vehicles with certain brush guards 
• Vehicles with certain body damage or missing parts 
• Vehicles with windshield cracks or chips 
• Vehicles with certain hood ornaments 
• Vehicles with certain other non-factory parts or modifications 

Certain vehicles require modifications to be washed, such as:

• Folding in mirrors on pickup trucks, SUVs, and other large vehicles 
• Removing or lowering certain antennas 
• Removing certain decorations, flags, etc. 
• Removing magnetic bumper stickers 

We accept cash, Drake's gift cards, and all major credit and debit cards. For our Unlimited Memberships, we require a major credit or debit card.

Yes, use of vacuums is free with the purchase of a carwash and for all Unlimited Members.

We do not offer interior or exterior detailing services. Customers are encouraged to use our free, high-powered vacuums to clean your vehicle's interior.

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your wash experience. If you have any concerns following your wash, please see a Team Member and we will offer a rewash immediately. If the rewash is not to your satisfaction, we will offer a refund.

We do not, but certainly appreciate the gesture. Our team members are recognized and rewarded when we receive positive feedback from our customers.

Our goal is to adhere to our posted operating hours. In fact, scheduled maintenance and repairs are performed off-hours (when possible). For the safety of our customers and employees, we cannot wash vehicles during extreme weather conditions.

As you might expect, winter is the busiest time of the year. Accordingly, our facility has heated concrete for both the entrance and exit of the wash tunnel and an extensive heating system allowing us to wash vehicles when temperatures are below freezing. Please note that in extreme cold conditions we may need to close or delay opening until temperatures increase during the day.

Combing water and temperature below 32 degrees will certainly increase the risk of ice. The high-powered blower/dryers remove significant portion of the water used to was your vehicle. However, not all moisture can be removed prior to exiting the wash tunnel. Therefore, please be mindful of the likely formation of ice in door jambs and similar places on the vehicle.

We use approximately 33% of the average amount of fresh water when washing a vehicle in the driveway (150 gallons in the driveway vs 55 gallons at our carwash). Also, our carwash has an extensive water reclamation system which filters, cleans and re-uses the majority of the water used in the wash process. Additionally, the water used is processed directly through a collection system that filters the water and removes harmful sediments and oil before it reaches local sewers.
